Noble has more than 20 years’ experience in education, workforce development and cultivating strategic business partnerships, Dr. Noble possesses a wealth of knowledge developed through extensive private- and public-sector work in education, human service, and city government. Dr. Noble is a strong leader. Leadership is about empathy. It is about having the ability to relate to and connect with individuals for the sole purpose of inspiring and empowering. This is the result of The Queen Collaborative – an Entrepreneurship/Leadership Program for Women of Color. Dr. Noble is a member of the National Association of Professional Women, Leadership Oakland County and sits on the Board of CDJ and Associates. She holds a Doctor of Education degree in Leadership and Management, St. Thomas University, Miami, Florida.
